Closed down for new business - Still trading for warranty and debts only.
Please read: It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that Trooper IT Services Pty Ltd will be closing for new business indefinitely from 12:30pm 15 September 2018.
I sincerely thank everyone that has supported my business over the years. It has been challenging yet rewarding as this was the first business I have started from the ground up.
If you have any devices in the store they will need to be collected by 12:30pm 22 September 2018 (I will be still in the store packing up next week). Nonetheless I will call everyone that has a current repair job to come in and collect your device.
We are still legally trading for all outstanding work, debts and warranty claims ( just no new business after the 15 Sept. 18) so please feel free to contact me regarding any of these issues.
I may re-open for device repairs once get a gauge on the repair costs of the new iPhones, but from what I understand now, and considering that I strongly maintain my stance on not fitting fake/counterfeit Apple screens and parts, the original iPhone and iPad screens are looking quite expensive to say the least.
Yours sincerely,
David Smith
Managing Director
